Leading up to his careerEdit
In the autumn of 1974, Steve Jobs returned to California and started attending meeting of the Homebrew Computer Club with Steve Wozniak. He then accepted a job as a technician at the famous video game company, Atari in order to save money to go to India.
Once he accumulated enough money, he then traveled to India with a future employee and Reed College friend, Daniel Kottke to seek spiritual enlightenment. Later, he returned as a Buddhist with his head shaved and he wore traditional Indian clothing.
During this phase of his life, Steve Jobs experimented with many psychedelics such as LSD. He stated that doing LSD was “one of the two or three most important things he had done in his life.” Jobs then returned to Atari to work on creating a circuit board for new games they were going to release.
